1) Blade Runner - Noted for its questions about what it is to be human.
2) 2001: A Space Odyssey - Mr. Kubrick, this should be no 1
3) Star Wars - the first one
4) Alien - yupp
5) Solaris - the 1972 version.
6) Terminator 1- Man and machine
7) The Day the Earth Stood Still
8) The War of the Worlds
9) The Matrix - Not the Trilogy. The First one. Just the First One. Only the First One.
10) Close Encounters of the Third Kind

Hmm… how about The Abyss, Sphere, Contact ???

I’ve wacthed all of them and bought the DVD except The Day the Earth Stood Still that movie is reallly hard to find today
